Candour was born out of serendipity—a chance meeting of four families whose paths had been quietly intertwining for years. Two of us even shared a stage in a high school production, but life had other plans before finally bringing us together at just the right moment.

With each of us ready to embark on the next chapter of our lives, we realised we shared a common vision: to create something meaningful, to use the skills we’d each honed in our diverse careers, and to make a lasting impact on the world.

Together, we brought our unique strengths to the table—a funeral director with nearly a decade of experience offering care and compassion, a business banker whose ventures have spanned the globe, a lawyer and HR expert with an impressive track record at top organisations, and a family duo with unparalleled talent in brand and marketing.

We were united by a shared desire to leave the world better than we found it, to support those left behind, and to build a business that serves our community by providing extraordinary experiences.
